La Fundación Sypal convoca a personas e instituciones interesados en apoyar, potenciar y contribuir con el desarrollo de actividades y programas de apoyo humano y social en el campo de las ciencias, la cultura, el liderazgo y los valores. Se requiere el apoyo monetario, como también la dotación de instrumentos musicales, implementos deportivos y unidades de transporte. Los programas y actividades, son:
-Programa para la formación de semilleros de investigación, dirigido a niñas y niños en ambientes escolarizados interesados en la ciencia y la investigación. Consta de actividades presenciales y a distancia relacionadas con los aspectos vertebrales de la actividad científica.
-Proyecto Coral Campesina de Colombia. Destinado a potenciar el desarrollo de la práctica musical en sectores productivos campesinos de Colombia, a la vez que a la estimulación de los valores humanos y al fortalecimiento de la convivencia social y comunitaria.
-Taller itinerante de lectura progresiva en voz alta. Dirigido a toda persona interesada en la comprensión lectora, en la práctica de la lectura intelectual y en los aprendizajes cognitivos asociados con esta actividad. Versión extensiva para profesionales vinculados a la educación, de igual manera versión intensiva para niñas, niños, adolescentes y jóvenes en ambientes escolarizados.
-Taller de técnicas avanzadas para la redacción. Destinado a jóvenes y profesionales interesados en fortalecer su actividad intelectual mediante el conocimiento y aplicación de recursos de la escritura, susceptibles de ser aplicados en su producción académica, literaria y científica.
Programa para la formación en liderazgo y emprendimiento. Escuela de líderes. Dirigido a jóvenes en etapa formativa, interesados en potenciar su liderazgo y en desarrollar iniciativas de emprendimiento profesional.
-Programa campesino para la creación de huertas familiares. Se trata de incentivar las prácticas productivas autogestionarias que incentiven la producción agrícola y fortalezcan la capacidad familiar de autoabastecimiento con productos básicos de la dieta alimentaria.
