Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia y Ciea-Sypal ejecutan Programa internacional para la certificación en Gestión, gerencia y dirección del conocimiento por líneas de investigación
El Programa en Gestión, gerencia y dirección del conocimiento por líneas de investigación corresponde a un ejercicio estructural, organizacional y metodológico destinado a fortalecer el acervo cultural y científico de universidades, entidades científicas y, en general, de toda organización, con base en el Modelo Sypal (2010-2023) para la conformación de las líneas de investigación, la organización de la estructura formal del conocimiento y la gestión de los saberes. En consecuencia, está orientado a potenciar la estructura científica de las instituciones.
La conformación programática y organizacional dl Programa se sustenta en la comprensión actualizada de la ciencia, la investigación y la metodología, en su desarrollo integral, sintagmático y holista. Comprende, a su vez, el acercamiento teorético y pragmático a las líneas de investigación, el estudio de los tipos de investigación, los diseños metodológicos, los métodos, las técnicas cualitativas y cuantitativas, entre otros aspectos cruciales Y, por supuesto, la apertura hacia la heurística de las líneas de investigación, en toda su complejidad.
El Programa tiene como objetivo estructurar los procesos gerenciales y organizacionales relacionados con el desarrollo de la ciencia, la investigación y el conocimiento, a través de la determinación de las líneas de gestión y dirección de la investigación y del conocimiento.
Como estrategia formativa complementaria, el Programa en Gestión, gerencia y dirección del conocimiento por líneas de investigación, en su fase organizacional y formativa, comprende la Certificación en Gestión, gerencia y dirección del conocimiento por líneas de investigación, de todos los profesionales involucrados, a fin de reconocer el esfuerzo dedicación y conocimiento de los partícipes en la ejecución de la dinámica. Por este importante rasgo, esta actividad es ejecutiva y, a su vez, formativa y de actualización. Para el desarrollo de esta actividad se cuenta con bibliografía especializada.
Experiencia especial
Desde junio de 2023 se encuentra en desarrollo el Programa en Gestión, gerencia y dirección del conocimiento por líneas de investigación, cogestión de la Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, UCC, y el Centro Internacional de Estudios Avanzados, Ciea-Sypal. Para esto, se cuenta con el apoyo pleno de las autoridades de la Universidad, además de una directiva científica con mirada prospectiva, un equipo de apoyo inmediato y un importante núcleo de investigadores adscritos a todas las dependencias, sedes y programas, representativo de la esencia, naturaleza y orientación institucional. En lo que atañe a Ciea-Sypal, se cuenta con una unidad especializada que cubre las distintas fases y requerimientos: orientación, dirección, coordinación, formación y apoyo científico y tecnológico.
Equipo coordinador interinstitucional
Para la coordinación, ejecución y seguimiento interinstitucional del Programa en Gestión, gerencia y dirección del conocimiento por líneas de investigación se cuenta con un equipo coordinador conformado por los siguientes investigadores:

Cuatro aspectos esenciales destacan en la estructuración y ejecución del Programa Gerencia, dirección y gestión del conocimiento por líneas de investigación:
1. Formación en Gerencia, dirección y gestión del conocimiento por líneas de investigación
Este aspecto dimensional se ejecuta mediante dos diplomados. El primero presencial y ejecutivo y el segundo on line. Estos, son:
-Diplomado Líneas de investigación, gestión y gerencia del conocimiento.
-Diplomado Aspectos nucleares de la investigación y la metodología. Introducción a la comprensión integral, sintagmática y holista de la ciencia, la investigación y la metodología.
2. Configuración y estructuración del proceso organizacional en dirección, gerencia y gestión del conocimiento por líneas de investigación
Este aspecto comprende trabajo personal y de equipos, actividad intensiva presencial mediante variados encuentros. De igual manera, actividad a distancia, con apoyo técnico, tecnológico y metodológico. La actividad toda corresponde a una dinámica práctica, experiencial y, a su vez, formativa. :Amerita estudio, elaboración y entregas relacionadas con las líneas de investigación, el Manual de Líneas y los desarrollos técnicos y tecnológicos.
3. Soportes teóricos e instrumentales
-Convergencia en la elaboración del Manual de dirección, gerencia y gestión del conocimiento por líneas de investigación y orientación para la estructuración del sistema para la Gerencia, dirección y gestión del conocimiento por líneas de investigación. La actividad conlleva la crtificación internacional de todos y cada uno de los participants, dada la compkejidad, vastedad e importancia del ejercicio. El mismo prepara a los adscritos, a fin de que apoyen gestionen y coadyuven en la dinámica institucional de fortalecr la cultura de la invstigación, con base en los saberes, la eficincia, riguroisdad y la heurística científica correspondiente.
